Ravioli with Tomato Basil Cream

Prepare pasta according to package
- 1-20 oz frozen 4 cheese ravioli (3 cheese tortellini may be substituted)
- 1-16 oz jar sun dried tomato alfredo sauce
- 2 T white wine
- 2 medium size fresh tomatoes or 1 can petite diced tomatoes fully drained
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
Tomato Basil Soup

combine tomatoes, juice, and broth in large saucepan over medium heat
- 8-10 tomatoes, peeled, cored, and chopped, or 4 cups canned tomatoes, crushed
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 12-14 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup whipping cream (or half and half)
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- ~ salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ~ basil for garnish
Beef Brisket

Mix all together. Rub on all brisket on allsides and wrap in foil
- 3 T chili powder
- 2 T salt
- 1 T Pepper
Mexican Dip

Mix together and serve with chips
- 10 oz monterrey cheese
- 1 small bunch green onions chopped
- 1 small can black olives chopped
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 . can rotel tomatoes diced and drained
Brownies-Decandent

- 1 box betty crocker's Supreme Brownie box family size with syrup pouch
- 3-7 oz large symphony chocolate bars
Taco Soup

- 1 lb lean gound beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3-16 oz cans mexicn chili beans undrained
- 1-10oz can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can chopped tomatoes undrained
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1-4.5 oz can chopped green chiles
- 1-1.25 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1-1 oz env rach salad dressing mix
Coconut Creme Pie

1st layer Cream butter and flour till crumbly
- 1 st layer
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 nd layer
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 5 oz cool whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 can angel flake coconut
- 3 rd layer
- 2 small pkgs instant coconut or vanilla pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- 4 th Layer
- 1 5 oz cool whip
- 1 can angel flake coconut
Strawberry Tunnel Cake

If cake is not prepared cook according to directions
- 1 angel food cake-prepared or box
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 14 oz can of condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 t. almond extract
- 2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 to 4 c. whipped topping
- Additional strawberries for granish
Lobster Bisque

Heat oven to 375. Melt butter in a medium skillet over mediumheat
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 carrot diced
- 1/2 c. corn
- 1/2 c. peas
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 lb cooked lobster
- 1/4 dried thyme
- salt and pepper

Mama Mary's Cranberry-Jalpeno Salsa

- 1 medium orange peeled chopped
- 3 T. crystallized ginger
- 1 jalepeno seeded
