Pepperoni Bites

Preheat overn 400 degrees
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 3/4 c. chopped pepperoni

- 1/3 c. finely chopped red pepper
- 3/4 c. milk

- 1-10oz can diced tomatoe with green chiles
- 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
- 3-lbs peeled fresh shrimp
- 1-16 oz lump crabmeat
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T file' powder
Caramel Sauce (Pioneer Woman)

Mix the brown sugar, half-and-half, butter and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat
- 1 packed cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Banana Pudding

Mix pudding by directions
- 6 bananas
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 lg tub cool whip
- 1 lg box vanilla instant pudding

Blend first 4 ingredients till smooth
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. powder sugar
- 8 pc cool whip
- Grham cracker crust
Crab Appetizer

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 7 oz can white crab meat rinsed and drained
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 5 oz jar Kraft Old English Cheese spread (comes in a jar)
- 1 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/2 t salt
- 6 emglish muffins cut in 1/2 then 1/2 again
Broccoli Slaw Recipe

Once you combine the slae and everything then combine with the dressing and put in refrigerator for about 2 hours
- Combine in a bowl:
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- Mix together until sugar is dissolved
- Combine:
- 2 bags broccoli slaw
- 4 stalks-1 bunch of green onions sliced
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. toasted almonds
- 1 pkg uncooked ramen noodles broken up-do not use seasoning
Lemon Chicken

Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breast
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/3 c. flour
- 4 T butter
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 8 lemon slices
Salmon Croquettes

- 1 small onion chopped
- 3/4 t baking powder
