Chocolate Kissy Cookies

Mix all ingrediens except the extra granulated sugar and chocolate cookies
- 1 3/4 c. self rising flour
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. crisco
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 T and 1 t milk
- 1 egg
- Extra ganulaed sugar
- Package of chocolate kissys
Champagne Vinegarette

Mix all ingredients except olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 or 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Chili-6 can

Place ground beef and onion in dutch oven
- 1 lb lean groun beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans-15.5 oz chili beans in suace undrained
- 2 cans-14.5 oz diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 can-15 oz blackbeans,drained and rinsed
- 1 can-10.75 condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 t chili powder
Shrimp and Corn Chowder

Saute onion in hot oil for 5 minutes or until tender
- 1 medium sweet onion dices
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 lge potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 lge sweet potatoe peeled and diced
- 2 c. fresh corn kernels (5 ears)
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 1 12 oz can evaporatedmilk
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 lb peeled raw shrimp
French Bread Appetizer

Slice bread thinly. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes till crusty
- 1 loaf of baggette
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
- 5-7 Roma tomates
Buckeye Brownies

Prepare and bake brownie mix in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan according to package
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 c.powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. plus 6 T softened butter
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
Fresh Tomato Tart

Prehat over to 400 line pie pan with pastry dough
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 T chopped fresh basil
- 4-5 ripe tomatoes in 1/2 in slices
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Magaritas

- 1 lg. can limeade
- 1 Corona or Bud Lime Lime
- 1 can Fresca
- 1/2 can of tequila or to your liking
Chicken Spaghetti

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth, let cool in broth
- 3 c. cooked chicken cut in bite sized pieces
- 6 c. broth
- 2 T. flour
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can chopped rotel
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion grated
- 1 c. velvetta cheese grated
- 4 T butter
- 1 package very thin spaghetti
- 1/2 can english peas
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- pimento optional
