Easy Creme Brulee

Preheat oven to 275 degrees
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 c or so of light brown sugar
Creme De Menthe Brownies

Grease bttom of 9 x 13 baking pan
- 1 pkg brownie mix
- 2 pkgs Ande mints or
- 2 c. Ande baking chips
- 1 T creme de Menthe liquor
Coconut Macaroons

Mix milk, coconut, and vanilla
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites
Gena's Cronbread Dressing

Crumble conrbread into a large mixing bowl
- 6 c. cornbread
- 6 oz pkg herb seasoned bread stuffing
- 4 eggs beaten
- 6-7 c. chicken broth
- 2 cans chciken broth
Strawberry Cheese Ring

Mix everything except jelly and place in a jello form ring
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 4 c. grated cheese
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c. pecans minced
- 1 jar of straberry jelly
Peanut Butter Fudge- Aunt Neecy

Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart dish
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 (7 ounce) jar mashmallow creme
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Hidden Valley Ranch Buffalo Wings

Preheat oven to 350. Dip chicken in mixture of melted butter, pepper sauce and vinegar;put in a baking pan
- 24 chciken wings or drumettes
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1/4 c. hot pepper sauce
- 3 T vinegar
- 2 pkgs Hidden Valley Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/2 t paprika
Chocolate Cheesecake

Melt 1 1/2 pkgs of chocolate
- 2-4 oz pkgs of Bakers german sweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 pkgs cream cheese cut into cubes
- Oreo crumb crust
Beef Bourgingnon

Brown stew meat in butter
- 2 T butter
- 2 lb lean stew meat
- 1 T flour salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. red wine
- 1/2 ol small onions
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- clove of garlic
- 6 shallots
- 1/2 c. brandy
Creamy Chicken and Noodles

remove 1 T italian dressing mix from envelope and set aside;reserve remaining mix for another use
- 1 -.6oz envelope italian dressing mix
- 1-8 oz pkg wide egg noodles
- 2 T butter
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
