Peach Sangria

Combine all ingredients except fruit and club soda
- 1 bottle rose wine
- 1/2 c. peach vodka
- 6 T thawed lemondae concetrate
- 2 T sugar
- 1 ld. ripe peaches peeled and sliced
- 1-6 oz fresh raspberries
- 2 c club soda
Pink Lemonade Cocktail

Stir together first 3 ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 3 (12-oz) bottles beer (noot dark), chilled
- 3/4 cup vodka, chilled
- Ice
- Garnishes: Fresh cranberries, citrus slices
Shrimp Shooters

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl
- 2/3 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white basalmic vinegar
- 1 T chopped cilantro
- 2 T grated lemon rind
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. ground pepper
- 1 t. hot sauce
- 1 1/2 LB peeled, large cooked shrimp
- romaine lettuce heart leaves
Chicken Salad-hot

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13 x 9 dish
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 c.chopped celery
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2/3 c. potato chips
Mocha Chocolate Trifle

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 beat at medium speed until well blened
- 1 (18.25 ox) devils food cake
- 1 1/13 c. water
- 2 T vegtable oil
- 2 lg egg whites
- 1 lg egg
- cooking spray
- 3 c. skim milk
- 2 (3.9) oz. pkgs chocolate pudding
- 1/2 c. kahlua or 1/2 c. strong brewed coffee
- 1 (8oz) carton fat free cool whip
- 1/2 c. chopped reduced fat chocolate toffee crisp bars (hershey sweet escape) or Heath Bars
Turkey Cranberry Wreath

Preheat overn to 375. Unroll cresent dough seperate into 16 traiangles
- 2 pkgs refrigerated cresent rolls
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T dujoin mustard
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 2 c. cooked turkey
- 1/2 c. celery sliced
- 3 T parsley
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- 1 c swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 c. walnuts chopped
Grandma Ratte's Fig Newtons

Filling directions: Cover with water and let cook down
- Filling for cookies:
- 1 package of raisins
- 1 package figs
- 1 package of dates
- Cookie dough:
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c shortening
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 eggs
Beef Dip

Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. milk
- I tbsp. Chopped green pepper
- I tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 jar dried beef chopped fine
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Strawberry Sorbet

Puree all in food processor and then freeze in a container of your choice
- 4 c. strawberry
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. buttermilk
Glaze for white Cake

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
- 1 c. Pet evaporate milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 T Caro syrup
- 1 T vanilla
