Ravioli with Tomato Basil Cream

Ingredients

  • 1-20 oz frozen 4 cheese ravioli (3 cheese tortellini may be substituted)
  • 1-16 oz jar sun dried tomato alfredo sauce
  • 2 T white wine
  • 2 medium size fresh tomatoes or 1 can petite diced tomatoes fully drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Step 1

Prepare pasta according to package. Meanwhile pour Alfredo sauce into a medium saucepan. Pour wine into sauce jar. Cover tightly and shake well. Stir wine mixture into saucepan. STir in tomatoes, basil and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until throughly heated. Toss with pasta and top evenly with cheese.
