Mix butter, milk, sugar, pecans and coconut and roll in balls
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 lb paraffin
- 6 oz bag Tollhouse chips
Tequila Lime Coconut Macaroon Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Line bottom and sides of 13 x 8 pan with foil allowing 2 in
- 2 c. flour divided
- 2 c. sugar divided
- 1/2 c, butter cut into pieces
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sweetened coconut
- 1 t lime zest
- 1/3 c/ lime juice
- 3 T tequila
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
Pecan Pie

In a large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter abd vanilla until well blended
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T margarine or butter melted
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pastry shell

Mix as directed but use 2 eggs instead of 3
- 1 box betty crocker's Supreme Brownie box family size with syrup pouch
- 3-7 oz large symphony chocolate bars
Strawberry Pie

Mix mashed berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a sauce pan until thick and bubbly
- 1 qt. berries (1/2 whole 1/2 mashed)
- 1 pie crush cooked
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1 juice of lemon squeezed
Cheesy Shrimp and Grits Casserole

Bring chicken broth and salt to a boil in a large saucepan; stir in grits
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. regular grits
- 1 c. cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese; shredded
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 6 green onions; chopped
- 1 green bell pepper; chopped
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- 1 lb. shrimp; cooked & peeled
- 1 10-oz can tomatoes and green chiles; drained
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1 pkg Duncan Hinds Chocolate Cake mix
- 1 can Duncan Hinds Milk Chocolate Frosting
- 20 large marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk

- 1 1/4 cups fat-free buttermilk

- Frosting:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 2 teaspoons thawed lemonade concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese

Combine olive oil, vinegar, pimento, parsley, onion, sugar, basil, salt, pepper and garlic in a jar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1-2 jar pimentos, drained
- 3 T. parsley chopped

- 1 t. sugar
- 3/4 t. dried basil
- 1/2 t. salt

- 2 t cumin
- 2 T cilantro-chopped
