Hello Dolly Bars

Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter
- 22 squares of graham crackers coarsley crushed
- 1/4 margarine or butter melted
- 1 12 oz pkg semisweet chips
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 14 oz can condensed sweetened milk
Teriyaki Turkey Lettuce Wraps

In a large skillet heat 1 T olive oil over low heat
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 10 oz shredded carrots
- 4 to 5 scallions sliced
- 1/4 c. to 1/3 c.teriyaki sauce
- 1 head of lettuce
Mama Shirley's Sweet Potato Pie

Bake sweet potatoes and skin them or scoop out the potatoe
- 1 1/3 c. sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. allspice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t/ vanilla
Oatmeal Cookies-Crispy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Chicken Marsala

Place chicken between plastic wrap
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 T sliced green onions
- 2 T water
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 c. marsala or dry sherry

- 1 3lb frozen Mrs. Smith's Deep Dish Special Recipe Apple Pie
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans. toasted
