Jiffy Coconut Frosting

Spread mixture on cake and place under broiler under low heat until it bubbles and becomes brown
- 3 T. butter
- 5 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. cream
- 1/2 c. coconut or nuts
Cheesecake-Turtle

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 14 ounces individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
- 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Almond Danish Swirls

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, almond extract, and sugar until fluffy
- Glaze:
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, chopped fine
- 2 (8- ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 teaspoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Neiman Marcus Cake

Mix cake mix eggs and butter
- 1 st layer
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter melted
- 2 nd layer
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 8oz cream cheese
Caramel Pie

In a small bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg and vanilla until smooth
- 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup caramel ice cream sauce
Chicken Paprikash

- 3 lbs of chicken chopped
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T oil
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 1 to 2 T paprika
- 2 T water
- 1 c. sour cream
Pumpkin Squares

Pumpkin Squares: Beat eggs and pumpkin
- Pumpkin Squares ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 1/2 t cinnamon
- 3/4 t nutmeg
- 1 t baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil

- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c margarine softened
- 2 t vanilla
- 4 c powdered sugar
Corn Dip

Mix all ingrediens together in a bowl
- 3 c. corn
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 t salt
- 1-12 oz can mexican golden whole kernel corn drained
Salsa

Put in blender or food processor till desired consistency
- 15 oz whole tomatoes
- 2-10 oz cans of rotel
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 3 T chopped cilatro
- 1/2 t salt
Fudge Pie

- 1 stick of butter

- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 T heaping of cocoa
