Noodles Marmaduke

Saute onions in butter. Add meat and brown
- 1/4 c. slices onion
- 2 T butter
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 t Sherry Wine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef consumme
- 1 (6 oz) can mushrooms and juice
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- dash garlic salt
- 1/4 lb medium noodles
- 1 c. sour cream
Chicken and Spinach Bake

Prepare rigatoni according to package
- 1-14.5 oz can italian style tomatoes
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1-10oz pkg chopped spinach
- 3 c. chopped chicken breast
- 8 oz uncooked rigatoni
- 1-8oz container chive and onion cream cheese
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
Mississippi Mud Pie

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa together
- Cake
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 jar of marshmellow creme
- Icing
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Easy Rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 c. self rising flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 t sugar

Brandied Shrimp Bisque

Saute celery and onion in butter over medium heat till opaque
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. 1/2 & 1/2
- 1 lb shrimp cooked and peeled
- 6 T flour
- 2 c. whole milk
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 T brandy
- 3 T ketchup
- Salt and white pepper
Buttermilk Layer Cake/ Carmel Frosting

CAKE: BEAT shortening at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy
- BUTTERMILK LAYER CAKE
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- CARMEL FROSTING
- 3 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes

Preheat oven 400. Layer potatoes in a 13 x 9 baking dish
- 2 lb. potatoes
- 3 c. whipped cream
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

Microwave cheese and milk on medium for 6-8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes
- 1-8 oz pkgy cream cheese cubed
- 3/4 c. milk 2%
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- dash of nutmeg and pepper
Rice-seasoned

Put all together in a baking dish and cook at 350 for an hour or until liquid is gone
- 1 c. Rice
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can beef consumme
- 1 can french onion soup

- 2 lbs. potatoes coarsley chopped
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 2 c. milk
- 1-2 c. grated cheese
