Brush turkey with oil. Combine the garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, Italian seasoning and pepper; rub over turkey
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (6 to 7 pounds), skin removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic

- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups sliced baby bok choy (can use cabbage).
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 4 green onions, diagonally cut into 1/2-inch lengths
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
