Kazia's Zucchini Bread

Easy and excellent. Can use tow smaller loaf pans
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini (one cup cooked, mashed zucchini may be substituted for the 2 cups of raw shredded.
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup raisins (optional) or mix some raisins and some chocolate bits
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil

- 1 cup Butter
- 2 cups plus 4 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts and chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

To prepare crust: Whisk whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt in a large bowl
- 1 1/4 cups whole-wheat pastry flour (see Ingredient Note)

- 6 ounces jumbo pasta shells (about 12-14 shells)
- 2 cups loosely packed spinach
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- 6 cups water
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned
