Mix all ingredients together
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T. parsley
- 2 T. onion flakes
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 T. Beaumond seasoning (Spice Island)
Honey-Beer Braised Ribs Recipe

Combine the brown sugar, pepper and salt; rub over ribs
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) dark beer or beef broth
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce

- 2 jars (16 ounces each) Old El Paso Thick'n Chunky salsa
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 package (9 ounces) frozen cooked Southwestern-seasoned chicken strips, thawed (I use precooked chicken strips about 1 pound).
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (12 ounces)

Simple Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta

- 1 pound angel hair pasta (I used Udon noodles)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined (20 or more large shrimp)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced, plus 1/2 lemon, zested
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves

- 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 4 thin slices (4x7 inches) ham
- 4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 0z. (1 cup) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 2 T. sesame seed
Hidden Valley Ranch Sausage Stars

A bit labor intensive but worth the effort
- 2 cups (1 pound) cooked crumbled sausage
- 1-1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 pkg. fresh or frozen won ton wrappers or egg roll wrappers cut in fourths.
- Vegetable oil
Gingered Pork & Vegetable Stir-fry

- 1 pork tenderloin (12 ounces), trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 T. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 T. teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 8 ounces snow peas, strings removed
- 1 medium zucchini (8 ounces),cut lengthwise in half and thinly sliced crosswise
- 3 green onions, cut into 3-inch pieces

- Crust:
- 3/4 all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup finely ground toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- Filling:
- 16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz. Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce, lukewarm
Sweet and Sassy Turkey Burgers Recipe

- 6 turkey bacon strips, diced and cooked
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/4 pounds extra-lean ground turkey
- 1 Italian turkey sausage link (4 ounces), casing removed
- 3 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese, cut in half
- 6 onion rolls, split
- 6 tablespoons jellied cranberry sauce
- 6 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 6 lettuce leaves
