Kielbasa Chicken Kabobs Recipe

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, thickly sliced
- 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 medium green peppers, quartered
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 medium red onions, quartered

This quick and easy meal adds coleslaw, bacon and chives to delicious shrimp
- 16 fresh jumbo shrimp in shells see savings
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, halved see savings
- 1-1/2 lb. coleslaw mix (about 11 cups) see savings
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar see savings
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives see savings
Original Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 degrees convection Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups (12 ounces) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Pork Chow Mein

- 1 pound boneless pork loin or pork tenderloin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 T. soy sauce, divided
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 T. cooking oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup coarsely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
- Hot cooked rice, optional
- Can add more cabbage and spinach.
Creamy Sausage Rigatoni

First tried 11/2018. Excellent and easy
- 1 lb. rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 ounces) Classico Marinara with Plum Tomaotes & Olive oil Pasta Sauce (can use any marinara sauce)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, torn (optional)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Vegetable Beef Soup

- 4 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound top round steak, trimmed and cut into 1 1/4" cubes
- 1 rib celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 pound green beans, cut into 1" pieces
- 5 cups water
- 1/4 small head cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 1/4 bag (from 10-ounce bag) spinach, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (16 ounces) diced tomatoes
- Ground black pepper
Pineapple-Garlic Pork Marinade

- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2/3 cups dry sherry
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves crushed
- 1 clove garlic crushed

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/2 thickness
- 1/2-16 ounce bag frozen onions or saute sliced onions
- 1 can(13 3/4 ounces) chicken broth
- 1 T. balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 package (10 ounces)frozen artichoke hearts or 14 ounce can
Buttery Parmesan Peas

- 1 pound sugar snap peas, strings removed
- 10 oz. frozen green peas
- 4 T. Butter (no substitutions)
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Original Ranch Light dressing
- 1/2 cup fat-free half & half
- 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" chunks
