  • 1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, thickly sliced
  • 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 medium green peppers, quartered
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 2 medium red onions, quartered

  • 1 pound boneless pork loin or pork tenderloin
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 T. soy sauce, divided
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 T. cooking oil
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
  • Hot cooked rice, optional
  • Can add more cabbage and spinach.
