Fried Chicken with Cream Gravy

Mix seasonings with flour; coat each chicken piece
- For Cream Gravy:
- Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Salt
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 #) frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 T cornstarch
- 3/4 cup hot chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk at room temperature
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Ricotta Gnudi

- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1/2 cup grated pecorino romano
- 1 egg
- 5-6 Tbl fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teas salt
- Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
Basic Tomato Sauce

- 1 can (28 oz) imported plum tomatoes from the juice, reserving the juice
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- kosher salt
- basil leaves, julienned
Potatoes - Red Garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 # red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teas minced garlic
- 1 teas salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbl grated parmesean cheese
Williams Egg Nog

Separate eggs - add sugar to yolks
- 1 Qt Bourbon
- 1 Qt whole milk
- 1 Qt whipping Cream
- 1 doz eggs - room temp
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 oz dark Rum
- 4 - 6 oz Brandy
Crack Sticks

Flatten bread with a rolling pin
- 1 loaf (16 oz) thinkly sliced white bread, crusts removed
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 C confectioners sugar
- 1 C sugar
- 1 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 3/4 C butter, melted
Grilled Corn

Heat your grill to medium Pull the outer husks down each ear to the stalk end
- Corn on the cob
- kosher salt
Grilled Chicken Breasts

Simple but delicious!!
- 4 (8-oz) boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbl canola oil
- Kosher salt & ground black pepper
Seafood Salad

Cut Crab Delights flakes in half or shred
- 1 pkg Louis Kemp Crab Delights (flake style)
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 2 stalks celery; chopped
- 3 Tbl finely chopped onion
- Old Bay seasoning - to taste - optional
Crab Cakes

These must be put in the fridge for about 1/2 to 1 hour before frying
- 1 egg
- 2 teas seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teas ginger root or powdered ginger
- 1 teas hot sauce (Tabasco)
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 Tbl grapeseed oil ( can substitute olive oil)
- 1 lb lump crab, picked
- All purpose flour, for dusting
