You can make this recipe slow cooked in your crock pot or in the oven
- 1/4 # bacon, diced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 # cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper
- butter
- green onions (optional)
Ham & Swiss Sliders

Preheat oven to 350 Cover 9 x 13 baking pan with foil
- 1 pkg Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
- 18 slices thin deli h am
- 12 slices swiss cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 T yellow mustard
- 1/2 T worcesteshire sauce
- 1/2 T dried minced onion
- 1/4 t sale
- 1/4 t pepper
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- dried parsely (optional)
Stuffing Balls

- 1 loaf dry bread plus 2-3 slices
- 1/2 C diced onion
- 1 C diced celery
- 1/4 C melted butter + 1/2 C melted butter
- 13 oz can cream corn
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 C water or chicken broth

Broccoli & Mushroom Alaska Scallops

Cut the scallops into halves
- 1 # Alaskan Scallops
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 T butter
- 2 cups cut or chopped broccoli (1- 10 oz pkg)
- 2 oz sliced pimentos - optional
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
- 3 T cornstarch
- 2 t soy sauce
- cooked rice or pasta
Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

In a large skillet over med heat combine chicken, 2 T butter, 2 cloves garlic & Italian seasoning
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
- 6 T butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 1 # fettuccini pasta
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 - 8 oz pkg sliced mushrooms - optional
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 T salt
- 3/4 t ground white pepper
- 3 cup milk
- 1 cup half-n-half
- 3/4 cup grated parmeasean
- 8 oz shredded colby-monterey
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Steak Sandwiches on Garlic Bread w/ Provolone, Carmelized Onions, & Parsley Oil

Twenty minutes before grilling, remove the steak from the refrigerator and let sit, covered, at room temperature
- 1 (16-oz) boneless rib=eye steak
- 2 Tbl olive oil
- Kosher salt & black pepper
- 10 Tbl (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 6 cloves garlic, roasted, peeled & mashed
- 12 (1/2" thick) slices French bread
- 6 (1/4" thick) slices aged provolone cheese, halved

Heat oven to 350. Coat a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 # lean ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce, or your own
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped, plus more for garnish (optional)
- 1/4 cup frssh parsley, chopped
- 1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 pkg (9 0z) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbl grated parmesan

- 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1 C light sour cream
- 1 C splenda or 1 C sugar
- 4 # grapes
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1 C chopped pecans
Grilled Steak with Balsamic-Rosemary Butter

- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 2 teas whole black peppercorns
- 2 teas honey
- 2 Tbl chopped fresh rosemary leaves plus sprigs for garnish
- 12 Tbl (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, slightly softened
- 1 teas kosher salt
- 4 12-oz boneless rib-eye or New York strip steaks or filet mignons
- 2 Tbl canola or olive oil

Double Whipped Egg Nog

In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks till they are a light golden color, for about 1-2 minutes
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbl sugar, divided
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Bourbon, to serve, optional
