Stuffed French Bread

Preheat oven to 350. slice the French bread in half, lengthwise, so you have two equal pieces
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 T finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c finely chopped celery
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 T milk
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 T chopped parsley (optional)
Beef Paprika

IN a large saucepan, brown beef in oil on all sides
- 3/4 pound beef stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup water divided
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- hot cooked noodles
Grape Supreme

DISSOLVE jello in 2 cups hot water
- 2 packages lemon jello small
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20 oz
- 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
- 2 cans frozen grape juice concentrate 6oz each
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup small marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Empandillas

IN medium bowl, combine ground beef, olives, mushrooms, water and Taco seasoning; blend well
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped ripe olives
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 package Lawry's Taco seasoning mix
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 each egg white, beaten
Light But Hearty Tuna Casserole (skinny)

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 3 c uncooked yolk free noodles
- 1 can reduced fat reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c fat free milk
- 2 T reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 t ground mustard
- 1 can 5 oz white water packed solid tuna
- 1 jar (6oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c chopped roasted sweet red pepper
- Topping
- 1/4 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 T butter melted
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t Italian seasoning
- 1/4 t pepper
Beer Braised Brisket

PLACE meat in large roasting pan
- 4 1/2 pounds beef brisket
- 12 ounces beer or ale
- 3/4 cup A1 Sweet and Tangy Steak Sauce
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 2T cold water
Mortadella Burger with Sasha Sauce

- 4 garlic cloves,chopped
- 1 c prepared mustard
- 1 c white wine vinegar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 T flouor
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- salt and black pepper
- 4- 1/4 inch slices mortadella
- 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 12 slices dill or sweet hot pickle
- 2 c prepared coleslaw
Zesty Horseradish Meat Loaf (skinny)

In a large bowl, soak bread in milk for 5 min
- 4 slices whole wheat bread crumbled
- 1/4 c fat free milk
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 1/4 c finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c horseradish
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 2 T chili sauce
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 c ketchup
Mexican Caviar

- 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 1/2 T tarragon vinegar
- 1 4oz can chopped green chile peppers
- 1 2.25oz can chopped black olives
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 t salt

- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup

- 1 package 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
