Zesty Horseradish Meat Loaf (skinny)

Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread crumbled
  • 1/4 c fat free milk
  • 1/2 c chopped celery
  • 1/4 c finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c horseradish
  • 2 T dijon mustard
  • 2 T chili sauce
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, soak bread in milk for 5 min. Drain and discard milk. Stir in the celery, onion, horseradish, mustard, chili sauce, egg, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.

Shape into a loaf in an 11x7 baking dish coated with Pam. Spread top with ketchup. Bake at 350 for 45-55 min or until no pink remains. let stand for 10 min before cutting.
