  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 c butter, chilled
  • 1/4 c part skim ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 c nonfat or reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 egg whites lightly beaten

  • 2 c chopped apple (about 2 medium)
