"Unstuffed" Cabbage Casserole

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 4 cups chopped fresh cabbage
- 1 can (28oz.) Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 tblsps. brown sugar
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1 9" frozen deep dish pie crust
- 2 cups halved pecans
- 1 1/2 cup white chocolate or vanilla flavored chips
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tblsps. all-purpose flour
Fried Rice

On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok
- 3 cups cooked rice (leftover chinese rice or I use brown minute rice)
- 3 tblsps. sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsps. minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use lignt soy sauce)
Very Easy Brisket

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 large onions, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup golden raisins
