- 1 can (18oz.) Progresso Recipe Starters creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce.
- 3 tblsps. lemon juice
- 2 tblsps. chopped fresh parsley or 1 1/2 tsps. dried parsley
- 2 tblsps. capers, if desired
- Hot cooked pasta or rice, if desired

In a large pan saute' garlic in olive oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Plum Tomatoes (8 diced) or 2 15oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tblsp. parsley
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 lb. cleaned shrimp
- 1 box fettucini or bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

- 12 egg whites from large eggs (enough for 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 tsps. cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsps. vanilla extract
Chicken Cordon Bleu

1. Season chicken with abobo, Sazon and allspice
- 4 Chicken cutlets, butterflied and pounded thin
- 3/4 tsp. adobo seasoning
- 1 package Goya Sazon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 4 thin slices ham
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- 4 tblsps. milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Approximately 1/4 cup oil
Bolognaise Sauce

1. Place oil in large, heavy pot over medium-low heat
- 2 tblsps. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 stalk celery with leaves, finely chopped
- 1 medium sized carrot finely chopped
- 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tblsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 can(28 ozs.)plum tomatoes crushed slightly, with juices
- 2 tblsps. tomato paste
- 1 cup defatted chicken broth
- salt and freshly ground black papper to taste
- 1 lb. cooked linguine
- 2 tblsps. chopped flat-leaf parsley, for garnish

- 2 tblsps. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped spinach (if frozen drain)
- 2 tblsps. fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tblsps. fresh chopped oregano
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder
