Caramel Apple Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package spice cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup peeled, cored, and chopped Granny Smith apple (about 1 large apple)
- 35 caramels
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream (or regular milk)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 24 wooden craft sticks
Oatmeal Pie

Sourdough Pancakes

- 2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- Night before put together with 3/4 cup sourdough starter. Let it sit out overnight. Put back 3/4 cup starter in the morning and refrigerate.

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Baked Honey Sesame Chicken

- Sauce:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 T cornstarch
- additional sesame seeds for garnish
Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

In slow cooker combine, soup, chicken, mushrooms, carrots, celery, rice, and contents of seasoning packet
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
