Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Coarse Salt, Dried onions and Montreal Steak Seasoning mixture
  • Chopped Garlic Clove
  • Mix Above ingredients in EVOO to form paste
  • Rub over entire Prime Rib

Preparation

Step 1

Poke a hole in top of bag, add 16 oz. water and place Prime Rib in oven bag.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hour
Reduce heat to 300 degrees for 2 hours (medium)
Reduce heat to 200 degrees for 2 hour (med-well)
--Rare 145 Degrees Internal temp
--Medium 155 Degrees Internal temp
--Well Done 165 Degrees Internal temp
