- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 cups superfine white sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups assorted fresh berries (if large, sliced)
- Fresh mint leaves to garnish (optional)
Hawaiian "Grilled" Pork Loin

- 5 pound pork loin, approximately
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2-4 tablespoons brown sugar, optional
- 1 tablespoon sea salt, or coarse salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Wood chips (about 3-4 cups)
- Heavy duty foil
- Pineapple slices or spears, fresh or canned

- 3/4 Cup heavy cream
- 16 oz. chocolate
- 1/2 lb. butter
Meatloaf (Make Ahead)

Combine all ingredients. Mix well
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh RAW ground beef
- 8 oz. tomato juice
- 3/4 c. oats (quick or regular)
- 1 beaten egg white
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
Chicken Noodle Soup

When thawed, simmer for 30 minutes until heated through and enjoy!
- Strain broth that you cooked your chicken in. Put in clean pan. Add enough water to make as much soup as you want, and bouillon to taste. Bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery and onions. (Use your leftover vegetables). Add thawed Homemade egg noodles (found in the freezer section of your grocery store). Boil until noodles are tender. Add at least 2 c. c
Soft Gingersnaps

Combine butter and oil in mixer bowl and beat until smooth
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 2 cups + 2 T. flour
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. salt
Chocolate Creme Pie

Top with remainder of Cool Whip and top with a few nuts, a drizzle of chocolate syrup or chocolate curls
- Cream Cheese layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Crumble together and pat in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° F. for 15 minutes. Cool
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Blend together
- Fold in 1 cup cool whip
- Place over crust.
- large instant chocolate pudding mixed according to directions. Layer on top of cheese mix.
Hot Apple Cider Dessert Bar

- Method:
- 8 cups apple cider
- 2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half
- 4 whole cloves
- 4 whole allspice berries
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 1 orange thinly sliced
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan. Simmer ingredients for 20 minutes. Remove spices and orange slices. Pour hot cider into mugs, and serve with suggested toppings.
