Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

Cook on Low for 4-6 Hours
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 slices of deli ham
- 3 slices of swiss cheese
- 1/2 (8 oz) package herbed dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/8 cup butter, melted
- 1 bag green salad (optional side)
- salad dressing (optional side)
Jerk Chicken Salad

- Dressing:
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Jamaican Jerk Rub
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 medium pineapple
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 green onions (white and light green parts only)
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 2 limes

- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (if you like more heat use hot sauce, like Frank’s brand)
- 1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- Pastry for two single-crust pies (9 in.)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 Tablespoons cornstarch

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cu sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground gloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 . Cream butter and cream cheese together in a large mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth and creamy.
- 2 . Frost the tops of cooled Gingerbread Cookie Bars. (I did not use all the frosting)
- 3 . Cut into squares and serve.
