Springs Chicken (like Outback)

· Use an electric mixer to combine the mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl
- Honey Mustard Marinade:
- 1 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 c. honey
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 t. lemon juice
- Chicken:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms (10?12 mushrooms)
- 2 T butter
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 8 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 t. finely chopped fresh parsley
Natural Yeast Cinnamon Rolls

- 1 1/2 cups Natural Yeast start
- 5 cups water
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- put all ingredients in Bosch and mix for a few minutes.
Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken

Place chicken in a 4 qt. slow cooker
- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 3 pounds)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 6 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 1/2 teaspoons cold water
- Hot Cooked long grain rice
Martha's Turkey Gravy

Melt butter in medium saucepan over med-hi heat
- 5 whole black peppercorns
- 3 springs fresh thyme
- 3 springs fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- Make a bouquet garni: Tie peppercorns, thyme, parsley, rosemary and bay leaf in a square of cheese cloth.
- 3 Tablespoons butter - unsalted
- 2 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
- 1 small carrot, coarsely chopped
- 1 leek, white and pale green parts only, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup turkey stock
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Makes 18 cupcake sized popovers or 12 large popovers
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbs butter
- 3 oz prosciutto, chopped into small chunks
- 3-4 Tbs minced fresh sage leaves (or 1 Tbs dried sage)
Bulk Spaghetti Sauce

This sauce is made in bulk quantities and then used for lasagnas, manicotti, ravioli and can be frozen for spaghett...
- In large stock pot mix:
- 2 onions diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. Italian sausage (buy Jimmy Dean brand in a tube, less
- expensive)
- 2 lbs. hamburger (may omit)
- Brown meat and seasonings together.
- Drain the meat mixture then add:
- 1 (106 oz) can spaghetti sauce from Costco or 4 jars (28 oz)
- commercial spaghetti sauce
- 1 (106 oz) can tomato sauce or 2 (28 0z) cans Italian-style
- diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 (2.4 oz) cans sliced black olives (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Note: Try adding 1/3 - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

- 3/4 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons drained brine-packed green peppercorns, lightly crushed
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 (6-ounce) tilapia or sole fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Lemon wedges (optional)

- 1 2/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
- 2 Tablespoons butter (do not substitute margarine)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Assorted garnishes such as orange zest, maraschino cherries, toasted sliced almonds and whipped topping (optional)

Break noodles. Place half of the noodles in bottom of greased slow cooker (or use crock pot liner)
- 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 2 cps shredded mozzarella cheese
