Put 1/4 cup butter in 3-4 qt pan and set into 425° F oven, then mix better quickly while butter melts

English Muffin Bread

This is an easy bread that you can mix my hand
- 5 cups Bread flour
- 4 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 3 cups whole milk - heated to 120°
- Add to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Cover bowl with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise for about 30 min.
Marbled Brownies (for Bundt Brownies)

- Brownie Batter:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cream Cheese Mix:
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
Macadamia Crusted Halibut

- 2 pounds halibut, cut into 4 (8 ounce) portions
- 2 cups macadamia nuts, roughly chopped in a food processor
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs, whites only
- 4 tablespoons canola oil

Pretzel Crusted Chicken

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup finely crushed pretzels
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs chicken drumsticks ( I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and adjusted the time)
Kneaders Chocolate Peanut Butter cupcakes

Assembly 1. Make sure cupcakes are cold
- Ingredients for cupcakes
- 1 -1 Box Chocolate cake mix
- 1 . Mix chocolate cake batter as directed.
- 2 . Line cupcake pan with paper liners.
- 3 . Use Ice cream scoop to put batter into liners
- 4 . Bake as directed.
- 5 . Cool completely, may be frozen if desired.
- Ingredients for peanut butter mousse
- 1 -1 box vanilla mousse.
- 2 -2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 -1 cup heavy cream
- 1 -1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 -1/8 tsp. almond emulsion
- 1 1/4 -1 1/4 Cups peanut butter
- 2 -2 Tbs. corn syrup
- 1 . Mix together mousse and gelatin.
- 2 . Pour cream, vanilla, and almond emulsion into mixing bowl. Mix on 1st speed and pour in mousse mixture.
- 3 . Beat on 2nd speed until stiff
- 4 . Add peanut butter and corn syrup. Mix until all combined.
- Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache
- 1 -1 cup heavy cream
- 8 -8 oz. semi sweet baking chocolate
- 1 . Chop chocolate into small pieces and put in small bowl and set aside.
- 2 . Heat cream slowly in a small saucepan until warm to the touch
- 3 . Pour cream over chocolate. Let stand until chocolate is melted.
- 4 . Stir until smooth.
