Jason's Caramel Popcorn

This recipe uses bags of microwave popcorn for ease and convenience
- Add:
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 cup light Karo® syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

- 1 - 14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 bag of Hershey's kisses (unwrapped)
No-Bake Cookies

- 4 cups sugar
- 6 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cubes butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
Cinnamon Butter

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon corn syrup
- 3/4 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon, to taste
Refrigerator Rolls

This roll dough can be kept in the fridge up to 1 week
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup luke warm mashed potatoes (can use instant)
- 7 cups flour
Shrimp Soak

- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pound ice
- 1 pound shrimp, unshelled
Tiny Spicy Chicken

Tiny tidbits of marinated and fried chicken covered with a sweet and spicy red sauce
- MARINADE:
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger root, minced
- 2 tablespoons scallions
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1 - 2 tablespoons chili oil (hot bean paste or Tabasco)
- REMAINING INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken, boneless skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
Creamy Italian Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
- 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/4 C. Water
- 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- Hot cooked rice or noodles
Spice Islands Spicy Thai Glaze

- 1 Tablespoon Mazola Corn Oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 shallots, finely minced
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Spice Islands Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Sea Salt
- 1 Spice Island Bay Leaf
Cornmeal Rolls

These rolls are so moist and tender, they are not related to dry, crumbly corn bread
- In heavy duty mixer:
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup cornmeal (fine ground)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons salt
- Heat in large pot and bring to a boil. Allow to cool to about 110° so it doesn't kill yeast.
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 3 Tablespoons yeast
- 6 eggs at room temperature
- 12 cups flour
- Alternate with warm liquid
