Cinnamon Rolls

I don't like the maple frosting that comes with this recipe so I use Cinnabon frosting
- 1 quart Whole Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 packages Active Dry Yeast, 0.25 Ounce Packets
- 8 cups (Plus 1 Cup Extra, Separated) All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon (heaping) Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon (scant) Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon (heaping) Salt
- Plenty Of Melted Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- Generous Sprinkling Of Cinnamon
Reeses' Candy

Melt and pour on top
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4-5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanila
- Mix well and flatten in 8x8 pan
- 12 oz. (1 1/2 cups) chocolate chips
Banana-Nut Chip Bread

Leftover bananas inspired this homespun bread
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips
- 3/4 chopped walnuts
Lemon Cookies

Hand roll in powdered sugar prior to baking
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp lemon extract
Parmesan Rolls

My friend Lindsay makes these from Frozen Rhodes Rolls
- 12 rolls, previously prepared and frozen....(see Roll recipe)
- OR 12 Almost thawed Roads rolls (easier if you don't want to make Rolls)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. shredded Romano
- Dried Parsley flakes (crumbled)
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

Another good Freezer Meal recipe
- cooking spray for sauteeing
- 2-3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in bite sized pieces (see freezer recipe)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cilantro lime pesto (recipe follows)
- flour or corn tortillas
- preferred taco garnishes (salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc)

- recipe adapted from Food Network
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (do not include stems)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sliced, toasted almonds
- 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup shredded asiago (Parmesan or Romano can be substituted too)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Sugar Cookies

Blend 1st five ingredients
- 1 1/2 cubes butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar, blend with butter
- 2 each egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream, blend with butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour, more if needed
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 3/4 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup white Karo® syrup
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Chocolate–Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie

- 5 ripe bananas (I used 3 bananas, using only one in the finished pie)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 cups plus 1 1/2 tablespoons half-and-half
- 1/2 cup (3 1/2 ounces) plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 Pillsbury Just Unroll! Pie Crust
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped, salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 cup heavy cream

French Toast Casserole

- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 8 slices white bread, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 7 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 Tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- Maple syrup for serving
