Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease the bottom of a 8” springform pan
- 1 ⁄2 (8 ounce) Jiffy Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 ⁄2 Tablespoon cold water
- 1 ⁄2 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels
- 1 ⁄2 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1⁄2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened 1⁄4 cup +2 Tablespoons white sugar
- 3 ⁄4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ⁄2 cup chocolate fudge topping
Coca-Cola Pork Loin

Combine the dry seasonings and rub over the pork loin
- 3-5 lb Pork Loin Roast
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Ground Marjoram
- 1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 liter Coke
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Cornstarch
- 1 Cup Water
Lemon Iced Blackberry Twists on a Stick

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
- Ingredients:
- Lemon Iced Blackberry Twists on a Stick
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed according to instructions
- 1 cup blackberry freezer jam or preserves
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg + 1 tbsp water, lightly beaten
- White decorator sugar
- 1 package of 3/4 inch by 12 inch dowels, soaked for 15 minutes
- 1 recipe Lemon Icing
- Lemon icing:
- Ingredients:
- I cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Method:
- In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Coconut Cream Pie

This is a real coconut cream pie with authentic flavor
- Crust
- 6 ounces animal crackers
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- Filling
- 14 ounces coconut milk (1 can)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3/8 teaspoon table salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 2 pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped Cream and Garnish
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted in a small dry skillet until golden brown
Chinese Chicken Salad

Mix in blender and let stand 3 hrs or overnight
- 2 c cooked diced chicken breast
- 2 T toasted sesame seeds
- 2 T slivered almonds or cashews
- 1/2 head chopped cabbage ( I use bagged salad)
- 1 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles (uncooked, crush into
- smaller pieces)
- 2 green onions
- 1 c chopped celery
- Dressing
- 1 seasoning pkg. From ramen noodles
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t accent
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 1/2 c veg. Oil
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
Berry Delicious Lemonade

Combine strawberries, lemon juice and sugar in blender and process until smooth
- Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 c. fresh lemon juice (5-6 lemons)
- 1-1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. cold water
- 1 lemon, sliced
- ice
Daria's Best-Ever Sugar Cookies

In a large bowl, beat almond paste and egg yolks until crumbly
- FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1-3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons meringue powder
- 1/3 cup water
- Food coloring, coarse sugar and assorted sprinkles, optional

- 1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable shortening

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons butter (or margarine)
- 1 cup boiling water
- *MERINGUE*
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Pre-baked 9 inch pie shell
