- 1 c sugar
- 1 c karo
- dash salt
- 2 cubes butter
- Melt and boil for 3 mins. Remove from heat. Add….

- Pour over
- 1 (17.5oz) box Rice Chex Cereal
- 2 c almonds
- 2 c coconut
Peanut Butter Cookies (soft and chewy)

Use processed peanut butter for the softest, chewiest texture
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter (see note)
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped fine
Breakfast Burrito

Brown pork sausage, onion and green pepper in skillet; drain off fat
- 1/4 lb. pork sausage
- 2 Tablespoon chopped onion
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoons butter
- 6 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Mini Pink Lemonade Donuts

- Fresh Strawberry Icing:
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 4 4 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup fresh strawberry puree
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 2-3 2-3 drops pink or red food coloring
- Method:
- 3 about 3 cups
- Lemon Syrup:
- Ingredients:
- 2 2 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 2 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- Method:
- to a small bowl, stir lemon juice and sugar together to dissolve.
- Pink Lemonade Donut Batter:
- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 2 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Zest from 1 lemon
- Method:
- to a medium sized bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together, egg, butter, milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Add milk mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Stir in lemon zest.
Freezer Pizza

Prepare 3 large pizzas at one time, quick bake the crust and build your favorite pizza
- 12 cups white flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons instant yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dough enhancer (optional)
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 4 cups water (warm)
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder or garlic salt
- Pizza Sauce
- (Yield: Sauce for 3 pizzas)
- 1 large can (29 ounces) tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons oregano
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- Open the large can of tomato sauce and add oregano and garlic to the can. Divide the sauce between the three pizzas.
Artisan Bread in Five Minutes

- 1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt (of 1 T. regular salt)
- 6 1/2 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour, more for dusting dough
Almond Croissants

- 1 (8 oz.) can almond paste
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 6 oz. sliced almonds
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Curly Noodle Pork Supper

Ready in 30 minutes or less
- 1 lb. Pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 c broccoli florets
- 4 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 packages pork ramen noodles
- 1 T minced fresh parsley
- 1 T soy sauce
Barbequed Country Style Ribs

Boneless country-style ribs present several cooking challenges
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup wood chips, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained
Best Potato Salad

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 - 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
- 5-6 medium potatoes cooked and cubed
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 chopped hard cooked eggs
