Chicken Lips Marinade

Twenty-four hour Layer Salad

Place lettuce in clear bowl with straight sides
- 1 cup torn lettuce
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 package frozen peas
- 1 cup coarsely shredded carrots
- 4 hard cooked egg whites chopped; discard yolks
- 5 slices turkey bacon crumbled
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cup creamy Parmesan Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons snipped fresh chives
Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup fresh squeezed, I repeat FRESH squeezed lime juice
- the zest of one lime or about 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp salt
- few cracks of black pepper, a pinch or so
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp sugar (any sugar substitute will work also)
- 1/2- 2/3 cups oil (vegetable or canola)
- 1-2 whole garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro ( I like ALOT)
Fairy Gingerbread Cookies

Use cookie or baking sheets that measure at least 15 by 12 inches
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 9 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whole milk, room temperature
Raspberry Coulis

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 18 ounces (1 1/2 pints) raspberries

- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

- 1 cup shredded coconut

- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons almond extract

- 1/2 cup diced onion (purple)

- 5 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)

- 1 cup mayo
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
