- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Fra Diavolo Sauce with Pasta

This sauce includes shrimp and scallops, best served with linguine pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 cups whole peeled tomatoes with liquid, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
- 8 ounces small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces bay scallops
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1. Heat oven to 350°F for metal or glass pan (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon red food color
- 1/2 teaspoon blue food color
- 1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white or whipped cream frosting
- 1 tablespoon Betty Crocker® blue sugar
- 2 tablespoons Betty Crocker® red sugar
- White star candies, if desired

- Crepes:
- 1 can (21oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (8oz) chunk pineapple, well drained
- 1/8 tsp almond extract, optional
- 6 crepes, recipe follows
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Cut baked potatoes into 1-in
- 1-1/2 pounds red potatoes (about 6 medium), baked
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups (24 ounces) sour cream
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Zippy Spaghetti Sauce

In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) Hunt’s® Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (28 ounces) Hunt’s® Original Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (12 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup dry red wine or beef broth
- 1/2 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
- 1 to 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Hot cooked spaghetti

- 3 cups rice milk
- 6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine [such as earth balance]
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 apples — peeled, cored, and chopped
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries, raisins, or other berries
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Spinach and Cheddar Quesadilla Recipe
