- 1 cup cooked lump crabmeat
- 2 jalapenos, deseeded and minced (I skipped)
- 1/4 onion, diced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

- 4 oz goat cheese, or other soft or shredded cheese
- 2 large portobello mushrooms, chopped

- A goodly splash of balsamic vinegar

- Red chile flakes, or dried basil and oregano, to taste
