Oven 'Fried' Krispie Chicken

1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Combine Parmesan, cereal, olive oil, paprika and season salt in a large zip-lock bag

Simple Shepherd's Pie

1. Heat oven to 350. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
- 1 container of pre-made mashed potatoes

- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (add more for a spicier sauce)
