- 1.5 pound ground beef
- 2/3 cups brown sugar barbecue sauce, divided
- 3 Tablespoons bread crumbs
- 3/4 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning

1. Mix Worcestershire, flour, salt, pepper and water together in a greased slow cooker
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb sirloin beef steak, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups baby carrots
- 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can beef broth (14 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (14 oz)
Orange Chicken

Chicken lightly breaded and fried covered in sweet, tangy, garlicky orange sauce
- CHICKEN:
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken strips, cut into 1-1/2” cubes
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
- ORANGE SAUCE:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange zest, grated
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
