1. Sprinkle the pork chops evenly with salt, pepper and garlic salt
- 4 boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup diced pineapple (I used canned)
- 4 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- juice of 1 small lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Cincinnati Turkey Chili

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 4 oz uncooked spaghetti
- Cooking spray
- 8 oz lean ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion, divided
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (14.5 oz)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped semisweet chocolate (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained (10 oz)
- 1 can cannellini beans, rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can navy beans, rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can baked beans (28 oz)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can dice green chilies (4 oz)
- 1 can diced jalapenos (4 oz) optional
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
