1. Pulse the Italian diced tomatoes in a food processor 3 to 4 times or until finely diced

- 1 pound medium shell pasta
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup crumbled bacon pieces
- 1 package dry Ranch mix

Havarti Dill and Bacon Mac N’ Cheese

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook macaroni according to package directions
- 1 bag Oscar Meyer bacon recipe pieces
- 2 cups dried elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 cups shredded dill Havarti cheese
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste

Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa

1. Mix the salt, coriander, cumin, paprika, onion and black pepper together
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salsa
- 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- Juice from 2 limes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (or parsley)
- Salt to taste

- 8 chicken pieces, rinsed and pat dry

- sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- Breading:
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour; divided
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- oil for deep frying
- 16 to 18 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
