Sweet Pickles from Dill Pickles

Slice pickles and place back in jar
- 1 qt. whole dill pickles, sliced and drained.
- 1 & 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 T. white vinegar
- 1 T. horseradish
- 1 T. celery seed
Crab Cakes (Dwight & Bobbie Gail)

Mix mayo, Old Bay Seasoning, cayenne pepper, bell pepper, green onion, worcestershire sauce and egg yolks
- 6 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayo (Hellmann's)
- 2 T. Dijon Mustard
- 2 t. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 pounds jumbo lump crab meat
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 splash worcestershire sauce
Corn Pudding

Set oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except save 1/2 of the margarine
- 2 cans 16 oz. whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Chex Party Mix (The Original)

Mix all cereal, nuts, pretzels, and cheez it
- 3 cups Corn Chex Cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup bite size pretzels
- 1 cup cheez its
- 2 T. worchesthire sauce
- 6 T. butter
- 1 1/2 t. season salt
- 3/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. onion powder
Refried Black Beans

If you soaked the beans, drain and rinse
- 1 lb. dried black beans, soak overnight! I use 4 cans of black beans, drained and washed.
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- salt and pepper
- 1 T. butter
Beef Goulash

Brown ground beef and onion, drain well
- 1 lb. ground beef & 1/2 c. onion, browned and drained well.
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 t. salt and pepper
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 T. worsh. sauce
- 3 cups cooked macaroni
King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Southern Living Recipe
- 1 (4-5 lb.) whole chicken
- *I used 3 lbs. of chicken breast & I cook my chicken in chicken broth.
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped (I used about 20 baby carrots, cut into 3 pieces each)
- 2 T. butter
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken
- 2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. Mexican style chili powder
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 12 - 6 inch fajita size corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 inch strips.
Apple Sauce (Homemade)

Peel and slice apples. Add all ingredients and cook on low until tender
- 6 lbs. apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 t. Lemon juice
Shepherd's Pie (Trish True)

Make your favorite mashed potatoes and keep them warm
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 t. veg. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 or 3 grated carrots and 2 or 3 stalks of celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 T. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 T. tomato paste
- 2 T. parsley
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 qt. mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 T. parmesan cheese
Cappuccino Ice Cream Pie (Pampered Chef Recipe)

- 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies (22 cookies)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Mix these 2 together and bake at 350 for 10 minutes; press into a greased spring form pan, freeze.
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup coarsely chopped malted milk balls
- 1 quart coffee ice cream
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into crust, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with malted milk balls. Spread coffee ice cream evenly over malted milk balls.
- 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
- 3 T. chopped malted milk balls
- Spread half of whipped topping over pie; pipe with accent decorator with rest of whipped topping. Sprinkle with malted milk balls.
- FREEZE at least 30 minutes! 12 servings!!!!
