Pineapple Cloud Pie

Combine crushed pineapple with pudding mix
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple w/juice
- 1 1 oz. pkg. lemon instant pudding (sugar free-powder only)
- 1 8 oz. carton light whipped topping
- 1 11 oz. can mandarian oranges-drained (save 6-8 for top)
- 9 or 10 inch graham cracker crust
Seven Layer Salad

Place ingredients in a 9x13 pan in the order listed starting with the lettuce and ending with the bacon
- 6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 1 or 1 1/2 cups mayo (I mix small amount of ranch to my mayo so it spreads easier).
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
Fruit Cobbler

Bake 30 minutes or until lightly brown
- 1 stick of butter - melt into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Boil 2-3 cups of fruit with 1/2 cup sugar.
- Mix 1 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pour batter over butter.
- Pour boiling fruit over batter.
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Combine chicken, buffalo sauce in a pan and heat so the flavors can blend
- 2 cans chicken, drained OR
- 2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup Franks original wing sauce-Red Hot Buffalo
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Pasta Sauce (Homemade) Ree Drummond

Mix all together and simmer for at least 1 hour!
- Add:
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 lbs. ground sausage
- 2 diced onions
- 2 green peppers diced
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- Cook all the above together in 2 T. olive oil
- 2 large cans of crushed tomatoes plus 1 small can
- 6 oz. jar tomato paste
- 1 jar marinara sauce, 2 T. sugar
- 1 t. oregano, 1 t. thyme, 2 T. Sugar, 2 t. salt, 4 bay leaves, 1/4 t. red pepper
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Mix all ingredients; bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
- 3 & 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can macadamia nuts - chopped
Chocolate Delight (Mom)

Spread remaining cool whip over pudding and garnish with chopped pecans and chocolate shavings
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 & 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Mix these 3 ingredients well and press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Cool.
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 - 13 1/2 oz. thawed cool whip
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 & 1/2 cup cool whip, then spread over cooled crust.
- 1 - 3 3/4 oz. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 - 3 3/4 oz. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cup cold milk
- Mix these 3 ingredients and spread over cream cheese mixture.
Simple Garlic Hummus

In a small dish mix all ingredients! Then place in blender and blend well, scrapping sides of blender! Serve with
- 1 - 16oz. Can garbanzo beans, drained; reserve 2 T. Liquid
- 2 T. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. Garlic Garlic (tastefully simple)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 t. Cumin
Tea Biscuits - Powdered Sugar

Mix all ingredients together
- 1 cup real butter
- 1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 & 1/4 cup sifted flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
Hash Brown Casserole

- 1 small jar cheez whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- small onion, chopped
- Topping: corn flakes and butter
