Bake cupcakes then decorate with frosting!

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • Mix all of the above in mixer, then add;
  • 1 & 1/3 cup water, 2 T. veg oil, 1 t. vanilla, 1 cup sour cream, 4 large egg whites. Bake at 325 for 18 minutes!
  • Frosting; 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 sticks softened butter, 1 t. vanilla, 1-2 T. whipping cream!

  • 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
  • 1 lb. box powdered sugar
  • Small amount of mint flavoring.
  • Food coloring, but very small amount.
  • Mix together and put into molds.

  • 2 16 oz. cans of refried beans
  • 16 oz. container of sour cream mixed with a package of taco seasoning
  • 32 oz. jar of salsa
  • small can of sliced black olives, drained
  • small can of diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups of sharp shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes

Place 4-5 slices of tomato in pie shell

  • 1 pie crust - bake about 10 minutes at 350
  • 4-6 tomatoes sliced and drained on paper towels for 30-60 minutes.
  • basil
  • Light Mayo, not fat free
  • bacon - I use bagged Hormel, or you can use real cooked and drained bacon also.
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese about 4-8 oz.
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded about 4-8 oz.

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight

  • Yellow Cake Mix Baked as Directed in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • 1 can eagle brand condensed milk and 1 can cream of coconut milk (you can find it with the drink mixes at the grocery store).
  • After Cake is baked, punch full of holes (wooden spoon works well). Mix together the two milks and pour over cake. Refrigerate until cool.
  • Top with a large carton of cool whip. Sprinkle with 1 - 12 oz. package of frozen coconut.
