Broccoli Casserole

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 1 cup cheese crackers, crushed
Red Velvet Balls with White Chocolate

Mix cake mix as directed and bake
- Red Velvet Cake Mix - Bake as directed on package.
- 1 can of canned white frosting
- White Chocolate for dipping
Wild Rice Soup

Cook potatoes in chicken stock until tender
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2-3 large potatoes peeled and diced
- 9 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 & 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
- 2 pints half & half
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cheesy Chive Beer Cheese Dip

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan
- 1 packet Cheesy Chive Warm Dip Mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Scuplin Jelly

Heat on stove low, until sugar is melted
- 14 cups of scuplin juice; boil grapes in water until they start to peel. Remove from heat and place in strainer and mash grapes; place the juice in a very large pot.
- 14 cups of scuplin juice
- 3-4 packs of sure gel 1.75 oz.
- 5 lb. bag of sugar
Pear Preserves (Ruby Maloy)

Add ingredients in a very large pot and let sit overnight
- 2 qts. of sliced pears
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
Vegetable Casserole

Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter together
- 1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 small bag frozen corn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayo
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 sleeve ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Rigatoni Casserole

In a large skillet cook beef with onion and garlic
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jar - 15oz. meatless spag. sauce
- 1 - 15 oz. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 t. salt and pepper
- 8 oz. rigatoni noodles, cooked and drained about 7-8 minutes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Blueberry Muffins

- 1 & 1/2 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup veg. oil
- 1 cup blueberries
Apple jalapeño jelly

- 3 cups finely chopped jalapeños
- 1 and 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 6 T. Sure-gel
- 6 & 2/3 cup sugar
