Dump Cake

Place ingredients in order listed into a greased 9x13 inch pan
- 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 - 20 oz. can cherry pie filling
- 1 - 18.25 oz. yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/4 cup nut.
Macaroni and Cheese

Heat milk in a medium saucepan
- 8 oz. (1/2 pkg.) Muellers Elbow Macaroni, cooked and drained.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- pinch of salt
Overnight Coffee Cake

This is to be made the night before an event, then you just bake in the morning
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Chicken Tortilla Soup

Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans of chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
- 3 T. Fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 2 t. Chili powder
- 1/2 t. Ground cumin
- 1/4 t. Ground red pepper
- 1 & 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 T. Half and half
- Garnish: shredded cheese, green onion chopped, and chips.
Cheeseburger Pie (Mom Brown)

Combine all ingredients and put into 2 pie shells and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- 1 lb. ground beef - cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 t. oregano
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- Topping: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 t. worch. sauce and bread crumbs.
Blackberry Cobbler

Bake at 350 for 20 min. Then place on broil until crust is brown
- Place 2 Bags of Blackberries or 4 cups into a greased 8x8 pan. Cover with:
- 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour - Mixed together. Cup up 1 stick of butter and place over mixture. Cover with a pre made pie crust. Cut small holes in it then spread 1/2 stick butter over this. Sprinkle with sugar.
Collard Greens - Southern Style

Cook bacon in a 10 qt. stockpot over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until almost crisp
- 12 hickory smoked bacon slices, finely chopped
- 2 medium size sweet onions, finely chopped
- 3/4 lb. smoked ham, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3-32 oz. containers chicken broth
- 3-1 lb. packages fresh collard greens, washed and trimmed
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 t. pepper
Taco Soup

Cook ground beef and onion; drain well
- 1 lb. ground beef (cook and drain)
- 1 onion chopped (cook with beef)
- 1 can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 can fat free refried beans
- 1 can mexican style chili beans
- 1 6 oz. can corn, undrained
- 1-16 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1-4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
- 1 & 1/2 cup water
Queso Dip

Mix all ingredients into a crockpot on cook on low until melted
- 1 block - 32 oz. Velveeta Cheese
- 1 8 oz. block cream cheese
- 1 10 oz. can Rotel
- 1 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. cooked ground beef or sausage, drained and crumbled
Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 of tomato sauce
- 1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 t. Garlic powder
- 1 t. Dried oregano
