Bring first 7 ingredients to a boil

  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans of chicken broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
  • 3 T. Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 2 t. Chili powder
  • 1/2 t. Ground cumin
  • 1/4 t. Ground red pepper
  • 1 & 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 T. Half and half
  • Garnish: shredded cheese, green onion chopped, and chips.

Combine all ingredients and put into 2 pie shells and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes

  • 2 unbaked pie shells
  • 1 lb. ground beef - cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 t. oregano
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • Topping: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 t. worch. sauce and bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 20 min. Then place on broil until crust is brown

  • Place 2 Bags of Blackberries or 4 cups into a greased 8x8 pan. Cover with:
  • 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour - Mixed together. Cup up 1 stick of butter and place over mixture. Cover with a pre made pie crust. Cut small holes in it then spread 1/2 stick butter over this. Sprinkle with sugar.

  • 3-1 lb. packages fresh collard greens, washed and trimmed
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 3/4 t. pepper

  • 1 can fat free refried beans
