Chocolate Chunk Cranberry Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 regular size bag of semi sweet chocolate chunks

Step 1
Mix oil, sugars, vanilla, eggs, flour, soda, salt, ginger and allspice with mixer. Fold in oats, cranberries and chocolate chinks in by hand with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate dough for at least a half hour.
Run hands through mixture which will be loose and piecey. Pour into a greased glass pan. Press the mixture firmly into dish until flat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until chocolate is melted.
Let cool and set completely. Cut and serve.
**Can also serve while warm for a gooey treat**
