Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butte. Beat until smooth. Put in greased 2 quart shallow casserole.
Topping
Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and pecans.
Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
