Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 16 Oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 9 inch pie crust (unbaked)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Step 1

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually adding sugar and spices. Add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each egg. Beat in pumpkin and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 350 for 40 minutes.

Chill before serving

Serves 8 - 10
