Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c frozen white kernel corn, thawed or
- (2 15.25 oz can sweet whole corn)
- 1 med tomato, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c chopped red onion
- 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 2 tb lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 sm avocados, peeled and chopped

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except avocado. Gently stir in avocado. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or grilled fish or chicken.
