Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened.
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell. Place pie on lower oven rack. Bake for approximately 2 hrs. and 10 minutes or until center is almost firm.
Note: May substitute 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
