Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp icing sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • FILLING:
  • 1 cup mushed strawberries
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 pound cream cheese
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST: Combine. Bake 20 minutes at 350.

FILLING: Add water, sugar, cornstarch, and mushed strawberries. Boil 1 minutes. Pour strawberries over topping.

TOPPING: Whip cream until stiff. Combine cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar beat. Add to whip cream. Top pie.
