Ingredients
- 4 (6 to 8 ounces each) boneless center-cut pork loin chops, (1 1/2-inches thick)
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 TBSP canola oil
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, finely Chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add pork and cook 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium; add butter, rosemary, and garlic.
4. Cook, turning pork occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, or until instant-read thermometer inserted in each chop registers 155 degrees F.
5. Remove skillet from the heat. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 minutes. Spoon pan drippings over pork chops.
